RajSSO-AMS is a revolutionary attendance capturing application specifically designed for government employees of the state of Rajasthan. Developed by DoITC GoR, this user-friendly app aims to streamline the attendance recording process by eliminating the need for physical signatures on office attendance registers.
With RajSSO-AMS, employees can conveniently mark their attendance on a daily basis using their SSOID and password for authentication through Rajasthan Single Sign On (RajSSO). The app offers various options for marking attendance, including MARK-IN, MARK-OUT, OUT OF OFFICE, and ON LEAVE.
One of the standout features of RajSSO-AMS is its ability to capture not only the date and time but also the geo-location of the employee. This valuable information is utilized by the establishment section of the department to monitor employee attendance on a GIS map.
Although currently available only for employees of the Department of Information Technology & Communication (DoIT&C) on a pilot basis, RajSSO-AMS is set to be extended to other departments of the state government in the near future. The app is constantly evolving, with plans to introduce additional features such as bio-metric authentication to further enhance its usefulness for government employees.
